The breakfast had many options to choose from.
The air conditioning did not work when I arrived late at night. The receptionist said no one could help at that hour. The next day, they fixed it, but the first night was very uncomfortable.

the gym equipment met my standards.
The room i was assigned was unacceptably small. there was no window at all. It reminded me of a bunker. this was especially disappointing given the photos online suggested otherwise, breakfast was minimalist, and the staff were not particularly cute. I felt unwelcome.

The arranged airport transfer was super. The driver provided great information about the city. Breakfast was included. This was a nice perk. Staff were all helpful and the bar on the top floor was loved by many.
The bed was very firm, it was uncomfortable. The room's coffee maker was of poor quality. The fridge hummed loudly, and I switched it off at night to get sleep. This was annoying.
